How can I return the product or products in my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products you ordered, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt. In the return process, the products must be unused and returned with their original packages. Free or promotional items sent as part of the order must also be returned, if available, along with all returned items. In order to carry out the return process, do not forget to carefully and completely fill out the return form sent to you with the products and send it back. Make sure the package is sturdy and waterproof. It is the customer's responsibility until the package reaches us. You can send your package free of charge via any Aras Cargo branch.
